- 1 cup – Unsweetened Almond Milk (or any other vegetable milk of your choice)
- 2 Tbs (tablespoons) – BSL Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp (teaspoon) – Vanilla
- 1 scoop – BSL Stevia Pure
- Lemon zest – To taste
- Fruits – Your choice
Mix the measures preset of the following ingredients: almond milk, stevia, vanilla, lemon zest and chia seeds; mix well and let stand at least 40 min in the refrigerator. Once the chia is hydrated, it is served with fruits of your choice.
