Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup – Unsweetened Almond Milk (or any other vegetable milk of your choice)
  • 2 Tbs (tablespoons) – BSL Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp (teaspoon) – Vanilla
  • 1 scoop – BSL Stevia Pure
  • Lemon zest – To taste
  • Fruits – Your choice

Directions:

Mix the measures preset of the following ingredients: almond milk, stevia, vanilla, lemon zest and chia seeds; mix well and let stand at least 40 min in the refrigerator. Once the chia is hydrated, it is served with fruits of your choice.
