Coconut Chia and Almond Pie Crust

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup of melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp pink salt

DIRECTIONS

Mix dry ingredients with melted butter. Add 1 egg and knead until we can form a ball. We place the dough in a pie mold with our hands. Pre-bake the cake base before filling in the oven at 375º F for 10-15 minutes. Fill and enjoy!!!
