Fruit Popsicles


  • 12 ounces of water
  • 1/2 tsp of lemon juice (don't use it if milk or yogurt added)
  • Fruits of choice 500gr: strawberries, bananas, berries, coconut, mango, etc.
  • 3 scoops of BSL Pure Stevia (if you like sweeter)

Preparation: blend the chosen fruit or fruits with the water added and the stevia. Serve in ice cream cups or molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Alternatively, it can also be done with the same steps by replacing the water with yogurt or milk.
