Blackberry Jelly



  • 200 grams Blackberry
  • 2 scoops – 100% Stevia Pure
  • Lemon juice
  • 23 grams of chia seeds or 2 tbs (tablespoons)


Place the blackberries, add the juice of half a lemon and the stevia pure, place everything in a pot at low temperature until it boils, cook approximately for 10 min while mash the blackberries until crushed, only the juice remains from the fruit, then strain and let it rest once it is at room temperature place the 2 tablespoons of chia, mix well and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 40 min or until it becomes consistent.

Tips: Once ready, it is preferably packaged in glass and stored in the refrigerator. It lasts between 8 to 10 days.
