Strawberry and Chia Jelly


  • 350 grams – Strawberries
  • 23 grams – Chia seeds or 2 tbs (tablespoons)
  • 2 scoops – BSL Stevia Pure
  • ½ Lemon


Chop the strawberries into small pieces, add the juice of half lemon and place the stevia pure, place everything in a pot at a low temperature until it boils, cook for approximately 10 min while stirring constantly, let stand once it is at room temperature place the 2 tablespoons of chia, mix well and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 40 min or until it becomes consistent.

Tips: Once ready, it is preferably packaged in glass and stored in the refrigerator for 8 to 10 days.
