Zesty Lemon & Greek Yogurt Marquise: A Refreshing Dessert Delight


  • 1 package of Maria cookies (or your preference)
  • 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 3 lemons (juice and zest)
  • 4 scoops of Pure Stevia.
  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin (hydrated)


In a bowl, we mix the yogurt, the whipped cream, the Stevia well, add the lemon juice, the hydrated gelatin and the zest of a lemon and reserve the rest to decorate, mix well. In a mold, we are placing a layer of cookies, one of yogurt cream and so on until we finish with one of yogurt. Decorate with a little zest and put in the fridge for about 3 hours.
